Patricia Macdonald and Sarah Khan of the BC Public Interest Advocacy Centre (BC PIAC) filed a case on July 30th, 2003 in BC Supreme Court on behalf of two women who signed repayment agreements under duress while receiving disability benefits from the Ministry of Human Resources.
