Since the 1980’s, we have participated in nearly every major public energy victory.
BCPIAC’s work focuses on energy regulation including regular interventions before the BC Utilities Commission on electricity, natural gas, and ICBC matters on behalf of low and fixed-income residential ratepayers; as well as anti-poverty and anti-oppression work. We provide advice and assistance to advocacy groups throughout British Columbia in social justice work including human rights complaints, judicial reviews, litigation, negotiation, and public education.
